This project helps to learn the different tools online. Many may be familiar with those tools but others are not. This obligation forces each library staff has to take part in this program. It seemed a nightmare to me. However, with a helps of a coleague I found that the progam is useful at stages where people can apply for their personal need. For example, one can create a blog and then put things such as old photos about their school life to remind their school mates that once they had a wonderful time. They may tell stories, jokes, write stories, experiences, ideas... to share with readers.
